COMMISSIONS:

It is the intent of the Artist to create a painting for the client that the Client request and intends to purchase. Once the Client and the Artist have agreed upon:
  • The subject.
  • The size.
  • The substrate (canvas, rock or wood).
  • The price.

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required prior to the commission being started. The Client will be able to view the near finished painting (prior to varnish) for any minor revisions necessary. If revisions are not considered minor by the Artist, additional payment will be required. Please note, wood and rocks are natural products and contain natural flaws. The Artist will do their best to work with what nature provides but can not be held responsible for irregular dips, pits and cracks. No two pieces of wood or rock are identical but the Artist will do the best job possible. Final balance is due at the time of shipping (if necessary) or when you receive the finished portrait. If for some reason you are not pleased with the final product you do not pay for it, but the Artist will keep the painting, the deposit and reserve the right to sell it to someone else. Please see the following legalese section.
